# Web App & Extension

Solflare's Web App and Extension were the first products built by the development team in late 2020. It was designed and released to wide acclaim and quickly secured over **$20 billion** in staked Solana tokens, accounting for over 25% of staked Solana at the time.

{% hint style="info" %}
Solflare has grown to become the most powerful wallet on Solana, and it all started with the Web App and Extension.
{% endhint %}

Solflare's roadmap is extensive and will include the most powerful and secure technologies available in Solana's NFT and DeFi ecosystems, as well as new, better ways of operating on a blockchain. Solflare's customizable, no-code solution for blockchain application notifications is an excellent example. It is a one-of-a-kind feature not found anywhere else.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.solflare.com/solflare/onboarding/web-app-and-extension.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
